At least one author per paper must register by April 30, 2009 for the paper to appear in the Final Program and the Proceedings. One author registration can cover up to three papers. Note that one of the authors must present the paper at the conference.

ISIT2009 registrants who are IEEE members but not IT Society members will be given a 6-month membership in the IT Society.



All card transactions will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by 'ALLAT'.




Attendees not using credit cards can make the payment using the bank transfer. Payment via bank transfer must be made within 7 days after the registration. A copy of transaction with your name must be sent to the conference secretariat by Fax (+82-2-571-2721) or E-mail ( for confirmation. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the attendees.

To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat in writing to Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs by May 20, 2009, with processing fee of $100. No refunds will be made after May 20, 2009 or for no shows. If you have any questions about registration, please contact the secretariat.
